Currently in design with construction commencing shortly, this residence is both a home and a cottage.

The main residence enjoys all the views (and sunshine) afforded along the beach, contains the general living areas, with double heiht living, dining and kitchen, the master bedroom suite, office, etc, while a separate, but linked pavilion, provides several bedrooms for use by the owner’s older children when they visit, generally during the summer.

This way the secondary spaces can be only be heated during those times when the children, or guests are present.
