ST MARY’S RIVER HOUSE RECREATIONAL OUT-BUILDING

Now that the home is complete, we are in the midst of design for a new recreation building on the property, to provide a space for friends to gather, play pool, or just sit and mingle.

The site is where a lighthouse once stood, so a skylight protrudes from the roof, echoing its shape, in homage to the old lighthouse structure.
