MULTI UNIT PROPOSAL

The objective is to provide two buildings, with views to both the waterfront and downtown.

Every unit enjoys an outdoor balcony, with some of the uppermost  floor enhanced by large private terraces.  A green roof over the co-joining parking roof provides the tenant community with an enjoyable larger activity space.

Each building contains two storeys of indoor parking for tenants, plus on-grade overflow for tenants’ additional needs and guests.
