Mukqua Waakaa'igan Design Concept 

This concept was prepared during the course of our preparation of the Master Plan for Algoma University.  It is only conceptual in nature, but designed as a living reminder of the school’s past, as a residential school.  The concept plan is a metaphor of a river, a continuum of thought bringing four themes of Transformation Happens which intersect through the display areas, a transition from the existing We are All Children of Shingwauk Gallery. 

The premise is to:

Know our History/ Creating a LIVING LEGACY
