MCDONALD AVENUE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

This 12 storey multi-family residential project is currently in design and awaiting OMB approval.  

The building contains a mix of ancillary features, such as a common sports and recreation facility, tenant lounge, restaurant and other amenities.  

The building has a mix of unit types and sizes.  Generally, small units are located on the lower floors and large multi-bedroom units up to 2200sf are located on the upper floors, taking advantage of the views afforded by the height. 

The tower will use materials similar to the existing building, but in a more contemporary fashion bringing new life and additional residents to the area.
