project Long a cultural icon, the Marconi Club, is looking to expand its investment in the quality of life of the community, with a new apartment complex and the refurbishment of the existing Marconi Club.

The new residences will be linked to the social club by an entrance pavilion that serves both entities, providing both a drop-off area for the club and the common lobby for those residing adjacent.

Materials will be natural, using wood as a predominant theme, contrasting with well glazed exterior walls, to allow access to sunlight and views.
